Ordering

Our list of wines has been carefully put together over 30 years of supplying Scotland’s top hotels and restaurants.  We buy direct from source meaning that you will not find our wines anywhere on the high street. What’s even better is the fact that you get great quality wines at fantastic prices

 

To create an order for email simply search our database and add the products you are interested in buying. Please note that the minimum order is 12 bottles, any mix.  

 

Once your wine list is complete simply click submit and we will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm that the stock is available, together with delivery and payment details.

 

Please call the office on 0141 8820039 and detail what you would like using the relevant product codes and descriptions. Our office team will be more than happy to make recommendations and can advise on the delivery schedule and stock situation.

Our preferred method of payment is debit card but we accept all major credit cards with the exception of American Express. Cheques will only be accepted if received 3 days before the scheduled delivery date.

 

 

Once confirmed, deliveries will be made Monday to Friday usually between 9.00am and 5.00pm. Please give us as much delivery information as possible and ensure that if no one will be there to sign for the delivery we have details of somewhere secure to leave your wine.

 

We guarantee deliveries within 7 days, but often turn around deliveries much faster - sometimes within 24 hours! It all depends on local circumstances.

 

Unfortunately we cannot offer delivery to addresses outside the UK.

 

We can often tie in deliveries with our established van runs around Glasgow and Edinburgh at no extra charge. For all other deliveries a charge of £10.00 plus VAT will be applied (UK Mainland). Orders over £200 will be exempt from any delivery charge.

 

Alternatively you can arrange to collect your order from our duty paid warehouse in Hillington, Glasgow.  Orders will be available for collection between 12pm-5pm Monday to Friday.  Please call ahead to confirm your arrival.
